RETURN POLICY - StehlenAutomotive strives to keep you smiling. If for any reason you are not completely happy with the item you have purchased, we will allow you to return the item within 30-days. Please read our full return policy below for all details.


SHIPPING - StehlenAutomotive processes orders within 1-2 business days. In some cases, however, an order might be put on hold from our warehouse for reasons such as: No inventory available due to two orders being processed at the same time, packaging was damaged, or product was packaged incorrectly/discontinued. For these cases, we try to reship within 5-business days. If for any reason, we cannot replace the item, we will "cancel" the sale, provide you with notification and provide you with a full refund.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS : Within 30 days: a 30-day money-back guarantee is available for all products/items not opened and returned in their original package/box/container/bag. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and an up to 20% restocking fee might be associated with the original purchase (only on returned items "deemed buyer’s remorse"). We cannot accept returns on any specially ordered items, aerosol cans/paints, or electrical parts.

DAMAGED GOODS: If a product arrives broken, damaged, or is not the correct product as indicated on the box/order, the product can be returned within 30-days for a full refund. There is not a restocking fee for these cases. For this to apply - any item(s) deemed as “damaged/broken” upon opening the package- you are required to attach a photo(s) when requesting an RMA with a clear image of item + image of package. (This is required by the manufacturer and return warehouse).

REFUND TIMEFRAME: Returns are processed within 3-14 business days once the product has been sent back with the tracking number. We do however do our best to have them processed as soon as possible.

Notification of refund: An email will be automatically generated to the email address used at the time of purchase that indicates your return confirmation and any RMA/RGA (Merchandise Return Authorization) numbers, or shipping labels that you may require for the return to be accepted from the warehouse and manufacturer.

NON-RETURNABLE: Electrical parts, special-orders, service manuals, custom-made products, installation videos, aerosol cans/paints, are not returnable/refundable
